To make this shake a full meal replacement shake, just add 1 cup of cauliflower rice to cover your vegetable. Cauliflower rice will keep the color and flavor as the cauliflower does not have a taste.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Scoops Pure Vitality Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 10 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- Stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until creamy and frothy. Serve immediately.
